Park West welcomed my wedding party and family last month and catered our wedding the following day. Not only did we have an amazing experience ourselves, our guests have raved over the quality and flavors of what was offered. We wanted the food to stand out and Adam worked with us to give our wedding guests the best possible experience. From fresh oysters and hors d'oeuvres at our cocktail hour to a generous buffet at our reception, every dish hit the mark. They offered delicious alternatives to cater to specific dietary restrictions that everyone loved. Adam and his team even stuck around and made fresh pizzas at the end of the night. Chef Adam catered a dinner party for 8 at our home. It was outstanding in all respects. Careful discussion about the multi-course menu options and recommendations, suggested cocktail and wine pairings and great attention to what we and our guests preferences. Adam came fully prepared and delivered a fabulous dinner with seamless movement from course to course, and truly exceptional food. He let the group lead the pace of the meal, and left everything in our kitchen spotless. We highly recommend Adam.
